Tomas Pozlevic
Founder
Tomaš Pozlevič is a defence industry and strategic business development professional based in Warsaw, with over a decade of experience spanning economic diplomacy, international business and the defence sector across Central and Eastern Europe.
He served as Commercial Counsellor to Poland at the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, where he represented Lithuania’s economic interests and worked on bilateral trade, investment and institutional cooperation. He later joined Frankenburg Technologies as Regional Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, leading market development and strategic partnerships across the region.
He holds an MBA in Internal Security and National Defence from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Vilnius University, and postgraduate qualifications from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw.
Ksawery Meysztowicz
Partner
Ksawery Meysztowicz is a banking and infrastructure investment professional based in Warsaw, with close to a decade of experience bridging transaction advisory and the clean energy sector.
After beginning his career in corporate finance in Warsaw and London, he moved to Zurich in 2018 where he worked as an Analyst at Greentech Capital Advisors, an M&A advisory firm specialising in sustainable technology and energy sectors.
He subsequently returned to Poland, where he has held several business development, management and M&A roles across the renewable energy industry, most recently as Senior M&A Manager at the renewable energy development platform owned by Equinor.
He holds an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Politics and East European Studies from University College London.
